I never liked going to the library because they never had the books I wanted to read. Then recently Sophie taught me how to reserve books so that I would eventually get them and I wouldn't be disappointed when I went to the library and they weren't there. A recording even phones you to tell you that the book(s) are on hold for you until such and such a date. Wow!!!
